Easy fax is giving you chance to send & receive faxes from iPhone on the go. No need to use an old-school fax machine or go to a fax office. You can use a built-in scanner or upload files from major cloud services like Dropbox, Google Drive, or iCloud

🤘Critical Flow Change

In the existing app, the Fax cover page form was in the Send Fax Page, which was confusing. Sending them to a specific page for Fax Cover Page helped us to remove this friction.

Icons are not enough themselves. They are best friends with labels. We updated the page with labels after getting feedback from the user.

‍🍳 Custom Icons

I designed custom icons to have a steady and consistent icon set. Also overshoot on the rounded icons is to achieve an optical effect of being the same size.

📙 Lessons Learned

I learned that it is so important to have a design system. I used the same design system as Easy Scanner.
